The SBS website service is aimed at Micro and Small business owners. Individuals in need of a website are also eligible.

No. The SBS covers only

• Business/Brochure websites
• Personal websites
• Portfolio website

More complex websites like ecommerce, blog, news etc are not covered under this service. If you are in need of such websites, please refer to our Ecommerce website or CMS Based Website service.

The initially service fee helps cover any base cost required to setup your website.

When you purchase a domain name, you don’t own it forever. As such, you will need to go through a renewal process, which typically lasts for one year.

Not renewing will lead to loosing your domain name and can be a permanent loss if someone else pays for it afterwards.

Good for us! We can work with that, though we might have to make some changes to the domain’s configuration.

Of course. We’ll make the move and even redesign if necessary, all at no extra cost.

For every website designed under this service, we provide a start date because there’s a limit to the number of sites we build at a time.

Hence, your website will be up and running one week after the provided start date which often falls within 2weeks after agreeing to a design/layout.

Minor site corrections such as text and graphics content changes are done for free.

Major site modifications like adding new sections, features or pages  are charged, though at negligible rates (as low as N500).

No. As this is a managed service, we can’t have anyone tamper with some custom configurations paramount to the proper functioning of SBS websites including yours.

However, you will have access to your website’s dashboard from which you can manage certain aspects of your website.

For a small fee, you can get more email addresses.
